The warm wave of weather we had recently sure was nice and reminded us of spring! Although today's snow storm has us in winter mode again, its important to remember that spring is right around the corner.

It was only a few months ago since we had major flood problems in southern Minnesota. In fact many of us are still cleaning up!

Now the Homeland Security and Emergency Management and National Weather Service has said that the recent melt does not mean that flooding is less of a threat. - Kare 11 "Updated forecast points to potential major flooding".

What can you do this year to make sure you don't get water in your basement?
